Our Story

Built on quality service, call after call

ESS Global Tech provides full-service inbound and outbound call center support and Business Process Outsourcing to clients around the world. We built our business on one principle: quality service, on every call.

What started as a Dhaka-based call center has grown into a global provider of contact center services for English-speaking markets, mainly Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Alongside our core call center and BPO work, we also support clients with appointment setting, lead generation, virtual assistance, digital marketing, and web design.

"The Digital Marketing World" is part of our brand, but it's only one piece of what we do. Our foundation is answering calls, generating leads, and running the back-office work so our clients can focus on running their business.
